This is the store policy of Appliance Parts America to handle all customers requests in a timely and courteous manner. in order to properly look up replacement parts, the correct model number must be supplied by the customer. to avoid duplicating work, it is the policy of appliance parts america to assign a reference number to customers for parts that are looked up on the phone, at the counter, or through our web page.
Appliance Parts America is not responsible for the waiting period for any parts that are factory backordered. all parts are shipped standard ups ground. customers can request 2nd day air for a $15.00 charge or over night delivery for an additional charge of $25.00, in most cases. the accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card (visa, mastercard, or discover). checks will not be accepted. all sales are final.
there are no refunds given for any parts or related purchases. parts that are incorrectly supplied to a customer will be exchanged for the correct item and difference in price corrected.
